At Cybereason, our Customer Success Managers serve as trusted advisors to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value derived from our industry-leading solutions. We seek mature, empathetic, and tech-savvy communicators who recognize the critical role Cybereason plays in safeguarding our clients' enterprises.
Our Customer Success Managers will also engage with Managed Security Service Partners to equip them for success with Cybereason through proactive and strategic interactions. A successful Customer Success Manager must effectively drive adoption and align both internal and external resources to guarantee value realization. You will utilize your extensive expertise in customer success, project management, and communication to manage expectations, establish robust feedback loops, and facilitate the ongoing enhancement of our internal processes and feedback mechanisms.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for our Enterprise and SME customers as well as select Partners.
