Astemo Cypremosは、グローバル自動車メーカーのSDV（Software Defined Vehicle）対応や次世代モビリティの進化を支えるために、2024年11月に設立されたスタートアップです。クラウドベースのデジタル開発環境（例：デジタルツイン）を提供する急成長中のテクノロジーカンパニーとして、さまざまな開発プロジェクトが並行して進行しています。
事業のスケーラビリティを支える「ソリューション＆サービス部（Solution & Service Dept）」のエンジニアリングチームの中核として、自身で設計・実装を行いながらプロジェクトマネジメントもリードできるエンジニアマネージャーを募集します。新しい挑戦や変化を楽しみ、クラウド技術に高い親和性を持つ方を歓迎します。
We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., are a startup established in November 2024 to support global automakers' SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) initiatives and the evolution of next-generation mobility. As a rapidly growing technology company providing cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins), we have multiple development projects running concurrently.
As a core member of the engineering team in our Solution & Service Department, we are looking for a Senior Engineer Manager who can drive architecture design, hands-on implementation, and project management. We welcome individuals who embrace challenges and change, with a strong affinity for cloud technologies.
スキル・資格
必須スキル・経験
• クラウドアプリケーションの開発経験（5年以上）
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計の経験（モノリス・マイクロサービス問わず）
• プロジェクトマネージャーまたはTech Leadとしての実務経験（2年以上）
• クラウド（AWS, Azure, GCP いずれか）の利用経験
• AI, 生成 AI を活用したプロジェクト経験
• TypeScript, Python, Java, Go などモダンな言語での実装経験
• Git, Docker, CI/CD 等の開発基盤に関する知識
• ネイティブレベルの日本語
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語（会話・読み書き）

• スタートアップや新規事業における開発経験
• 機械学習やデジタルツインなど先進技術を活用した開発経験
• 製造業の開発、生産に関連した開発経験
• グローバルチームとの協業経験

Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in developing web or cloud applications
• Experience in software architecture design (monolithic or microservices)
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Tech Lead
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go
• Knowledge of development infrastructure including Git, Docker, CI/CD
• Native level in Japanese
• Business level or higher proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience in startup or new business development
• Experience in advanced technologies such as machine learning or digital twin
• Experience collaborating with global teams
• Experience working with product managers and designers
• Experience in team building and people management
業務内容
• プロジェクトマネジメント全般（要件定義、スケジュール管理、リスク管理、進捗確認）
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャ設計（クラウド基盤、バックエンド、フロントエンド等）
• 実装（必要に応じて自身でコーディング）
• 開発チーム（社内／外注）との連携・コードレビュー
• プロダクトオーナーやビジネスチームとの仕様調整
• 技術選定および開発プロセスの最適化
• エンジニアメンバーの育成支援（チーム立ち上げフェーズ）
• クライアントとの連携・調整
• End-to-end project management (requirements definition, scheduling, risk management, progress tracking)
• Software architecture design (cloud platform, backend, frontend, etc.)
• Hands-on development and implementation
• Collaboration and code review with internal and external development teams
• Specification coordination with product owners and business teams
• Technology selection and process optimization
• Mentoring and team-building support (startup phase)
• Coordination and collaboration with clients
