Development Leader

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Job Responsibility:

Development and maintenance projects related to the end client’s applications and systems

• Handling requests and inquiries from clients and internal business divisions, including scope definition and priority adjustment
• Reviewing progress reports, design documents, and test contents submitted by development vendors, as well as resource control
• Direction of creative work such as website/service content updates and banner production
• Investigation and response in the event of troubles, including explanation and reporting to stakeholders
• Requirement organization and specification adjustment for service improvements

Job Qualification:

• Experience in negotiation and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in vendor control (progress management, deliverable reviews, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters clearly
• Basic knowledge of web services and system development/operations

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in operation and maintenance of web-based services
• Work experience as a PMO, director, or service manager
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident response

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
