Description
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals.
* Source, attract, and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
* Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment life cycle.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
* Assist in the negotiation of job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
* Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues on various talent management initiatives, such as workforce planning, employee retention, and diversity and inclusion programs.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the TA team, fostering their professional growth and development.
* Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for the organization.

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment activities from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding

Strong in administration and operations

Demonstrates commitment to achieving goals
* Bachelor's Degree
*
Values teamwork

Native-level Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)

Valid work permit in Japan
Nice to have:
* Experience working at luxury brands
* Experience in retail (store sales)
* Proficiency in English (Being an English speaker would broaden the scope of responsibilities)
