As the Government Affairs Director at Gemini Group, you will spearhead our government relations efforts, crafting strategies that align with corporate goals while advocating for favorable legislative and regulatory environments. This senior role requires extensive experience in government affairs, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, high-level project management, and leadership within a complex stakeholder landscape.

• Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead strategies in a complex and changing environment.
• Extensive Experience: Significant experience in government affairs or a closely related field, preferably including roles within the Japanese government.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze policy and legislative changes and their implications.
• Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
業務内容
• Strategic Leadership: Direct the development and execution of comprehensive government affairs strategies that reflect the organization’s goals.
• High-Level Engagement: Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and meetings with key policymakers, industry groups, and other stakeholders.
• Client and Project Oversight: Ensure the highest level of service and advice is provided to clients; oversee significant projects from conception to completion.
• Team Development: Lead and expand the government affairs team, setting objectives, and ensuring professional growth and alignment with strategic goals.
• Regulatory Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, analyzing impacts on the company and clients and adjusting strategies accordingly.
学歴
• Educational Background: A degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
