We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Consultant to join our esteemed public affairs consulting firm, Gemini Group. As a Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting engagements, managing projects, providing client support, and collaborating with team members and partners. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including summarizing policy documents, drafting briefs, conducting research and analysis for marketing, sales, and client deliverables, translation work, and assembling presentations and deliverables.

• Adaptable: Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and navigate complex client challenges.
• Self-Starter: Proactive in taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
• Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Interest in Japan Politics and Public Policy: A genuine interest and understanding of Japanese politics and public policy issues.
• Previous Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in consulting, public affairs, government relations or a related field is preferred.

• Project Management: Take a lead role in managing projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of client engagements.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
• Document Summarization: Summarize complex policy documents into clear and concise briefs for internal and client use.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support marketing initiatives, sales proposals, and client deliverables.
• Translation Work: Leverage bilingual fluency to translate documents and communications as needed.
• Presentation Development: Compile information and create presentations and deliverables tailored to client and internal requirements.

• Education: A degree in a related field is preferred.
