本ポジションでは、VIPゲストや長期滞在ゲストへの対応をはじめ、ゲストからのお問い合わせや苦情対応、館内巡回、安全管理、緊急時対応など幅広い業務を担当していただきます。また、ゲスト満足度を向上させるための施策を実施し、チームメンバーへの指導やコーチングを通じてサービス品質の向上を推進していただきます。
さらに、ヒルトン・オナーズプログラムの推進、アップセル機会の最大化、収益向上への貢献、ならびにホテルの各部門との連携を通じて、円滑なホテル運営を実現していただきます。常にロビーや公共エリアの状況を把握し、お客様に安心感と心地よい滞在体験を提供することが求められます。
主な業務内容
- フロントオフィスおよびホテル運営全般の監督
- VIPゲスト・長期滞在ゲストへの対応およびサポート
- ゲストからの問い合わせや苦情への迅速な対応と問題解決
- ロビーおよび館内公共エリアの管理・巡回
- 緊急時や事故発生時の対応および安全管理
- ゲスト満足度のモニタリングと改善活動の実施
- フロントオフィスチームへの指導・育成・コーチング
- ヒルトン・オナーズ会員プログラムの推進
- アップセルおよび収益向上施策のサポート
- 他部門との連携による円滑なホテル運営の推進
応募資格
- ホテル業界におけるスーパーバイザーまたはマネジメント経験
- 優れたリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーション能力
- ゲストサービスに対する高いホスピタリティマインド
- 問題解決能力およびプレッシャー下でも冷静に対応できる能力
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル歓迎）
