* Monitor eCommerce performance, provide recommendations, and optimize user experience.
* Support merchandising activities, promotions, and content maintenance.
* Lead eCommerce projects and campaigns in collaboration with global teams.
* Develop strategies and support local 3rd Party Online accounts in Japan.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless integration across channels.
Profile
* University Degree with 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce management.
* Proficiency in English and Japanese.
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
* Customer-centric mindset and understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Familiarity with eCommerce trends and user experience optimization.
