As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for designing, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical or electronic engineering assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance the equipment that supports our technology. Using your technical experience and critical thinking skills, you will perform engineering analysis, generate test reports, develop innovative solutions, and create documentation for product releases. You will also coordinate the procurement and assembly of components, identify sources of critical parts, and resolve technical issues to ensure peak performance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • A) Overall responsibility for electrical design, debugging, and safety testing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
    ① Conceptual design (power distribution diagrams, AC/DC current calculations, PLC configuration, I/O lists, electrical layout planning, etc.)
    ② Providing design instructions to external engineering partners and responding to technical inquiries
    ③ Electrical component procurement (preparing bill of materials, coordinating and submitting purchase requests)
    ④ Preparation of interlock lists
    ⑤ Equipment debugging (functional verification, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions)
    ⑥ Electrical safety testing (ground resistance, dielectric withstand voltage, power consumption, temperature, and noise measurements)
    ⑦ Development and continuous improvement activities (new circuit design, component selection, functional validation, and identification of replacement parts for obsolete components)


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-4 years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of the industry’s key business drivers

  • Good communication/interpersonal skills to explain complex information to others
