Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to help build the engineering organization of one of Japan's fastest-growing PropTech companies, backed by one of the country's largest commercial real estate data platforms.
Join us in transforming the structure of an entire industry through data and technology in Tokyo—one of the world's largest commercial real estate markets.
As we rapidly launch and scale multiple products under our multi-product strategy, you will play a key role in maximizing business impact by leading both technical and organizational excellence.
Our Mission
Our purpose is:
"Unlocking the True Potential of Industries."
We believe that data can reveal the hidden value of cities and enable better decision-making that improves the lives of the people who live and work in them.
Commercial real estate—including office buildings, railway complexes, and shopping centers—represents one of the largest asset classes in the world. Despite Tokyo being the world's largest commercial real estate market, much of its valuable market data remains fragmented and underutilized.
What if the true value of Japan's cities could be discovered through data?
What if investors, businesses, and communities could make smarter decisions based on accurate market intelligence?
We believe this future can unlock economic growth, create globally competitive cities, and reshape industries through technology.
To achieve this vision, we have built a data platform that powers market intelligence services and multiple SaaS products. While our products have been well received by customers, we are still at the beginning of our journey toward building the future of Japan's cities.
We are looking for leaders who share our vision and want to help build products that create lasting societal impact.

As an Engineering Manager, your primary mission is to maximize the business value generated by engineering teams through excellence in:
People Management
Process Management
Project Management
To realize our long-term vision, we are continuously launching new products and business initiatives through our "Whole Product" strategy.
We believe speed is the most critical factor for success. To maximize organizational agility, we operate through independent business divisions, each containing cross-functional product development units composed of:
Engineers

In addition to a company-wide CTO, each business division has its own Divisional CTO, creating a highly collaborative leadership environment where experienced technical leaders regularly exchange ideas and support one another.
You will have opportunities to:
Influence engineering culture and organizational design
Propose and implement new systems, processes, and management practices
Shape how engineering teams operate as the company scales
Take on flexible responsibilities beyond traditional management boundaries
Work closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

This role offers influence far beyond a single team.
You will be empowered to drive change across:
Business Strategy

We encourage Engineering Managers to proactively define their role, identify opportunities, and create impact without being constrained by organizational boundaries.
If you see an opportunity to improve the company, you are expected to act on it.
