エグゼクティブアシスタント(総支配人付秘書)として、総支配人およびホテル経営陣の信頼できるビジネスパートナーとなり、スケジュールおよび優先事項の管理、重要会議や出張のコーディネーション、各種プロジェクトの推進支援を通じて、経営層の円滑な意思決定と業務遂行をサポートしていただきます。また、オーナー、IHG本部、VIPゲスト、取引先ならびに社内各部門との重要な窓口として、高度なコミュニケーションと調整業務を担い、ホテル全体の円滑かつ効率的な運営を支えていただきます。機密性の高い情報を適切に管理しながら、多様なステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築し、経営課題への対応や戦略的取り組みを支援するなど、ホテルの成功に直接貢献致します。

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, I will serve as a trusted business partner to the General Manager and the hotel’s executive leadership team. I will support effective decision-making and seamless execution of business operations by managing schedules and priorities, coordinating key meetings and business travel, and providing administrative and project support for strategic initiatives. In this role, I will also act as a key liaison between the hotel and various stakeholders, including hotel owners, IHG corporate offices, VIP guests, business partners, and internal departments. Through exceptional communication and coordination skills, I will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel. The position requires the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. I will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, supporting the resolution of business challenges, and facilitating strategic initiatives that directly contribute to the overall success and performance of the hotel.

主な業務内容/Primary Duties

  • 会議、イベント、出張に関する企画・手配および各種コーディネーション
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとの連絡・調整業務、VIPゲスト対応およびオーナー来館時のアテンド
  • 会議資料、議事録、レポート、プレゼンテーション資料など各種ドキュメントの作成
  • 契約書管理、請求書処理、経費精算などのアドミニストレーション業務
  • 各部門、オーナーならびにIHG本部との連携・調整業務
  • 日英翻訳および通訳を含むコミュニケーションサポート
  • ホテル視察および館内内覧(サイトインスペクション)の企画・運営支援
  • 総支配人の円滑な意思決定とホテル運営を支える包括的なエグゼクティブサポート

  • Plan, coordinate, and arrange meetings, events, and business travel, ensuring seamless execution of all related activities.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide VIP guest services, and accompany hotel owners during site visits and property inspections.
  • Prepare a variety of business documents, including meeting materials, minutes, reports, and presentation decks.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as contract administration, invoice processing, and expense reimbursements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with hotel departments, ownership representatives, and IHG corporate headquarters to facilitate effective communication and operations.
  • Provide communication support through English-Japanese translation and interpretation services.
  • Support the planning and execution of hotel inspections, property tours, and site visits for stakeholders and business partners.
  • Deliver comprehensive executive support to the General Manager, enabling effective decision-making and ensuring smooth hotel operations.
