As an Executive Housekeeper / Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and inventories, and collaborate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.

- ハウスキーピングおよびランドリー部門全体の運営・マネジメント
- 客室・共有エリアの清掃品質基準の策定と維持、定期的なインスペクション実施
- スタッフの採用、育成、評価、シフト管理および労務管理
- フロントオフィス、料飲部、エンジニアリング部門との連携による運営改善
予算管理（備品・制服・リネン・設備）および在庫管理、オペレーション改善提案 など
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
- Ensure high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections and quality control.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and team development for housekeeping staff.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Engineering departments to support smooth hotel operations.
- Control departmental budgets, inventories, supplies, linens, uniforms, and operational equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- ハウスキーピング部門で5以上の実務経験
- 5名以上のチームをけん引した経験3年以上（あれば尚可）
