We are expanding our operations in Tokyo and are looking to hire Executive Search Consultants to the team. We aim to be the best back office boutique recruitment agency in Tokyo partnering with small and medium foreign blue chip companies.
As a Executive Search Consultant, we will provide you with the top technology, tools, and training to assist you in developing into a professional. You will be expected to work in a team environment, while being held accountable for hitting individual business growth targets. A combination of recruiting and account development and management skills are required.
If you have a record of high achievement in sales and are results driven, we want to meet you.

- Individuals must have direct sales experience
- Individuals with strong communication skills
- Individuals with motivation to train up as recruitment professionals
- Individuals who are team players
- Individuals who are ambitious, dynamic, and results- driven.
- Individuals with business level English or Japanese.
- Individuals who are residing in Japan.
業務内容
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional business experience.
- At least 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Japanese market, with a deep understanding of local business practices and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
