＜職務内容＞

ＨＤＤの研究開発拠点である藤沢事業所において、機械、空調、防災、及びBMSコントロール設備の技術的なサポートを提供し、設備の維持・管理、改善、及び老朽化設備の更新や拡張等のプロジェクトの推進を担っていただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通り。

• 機械、空調、防災、BMSコントロール等の設備担当として関連プロジェクトの計画、実行、管理
• 事業所のレイアウト・ユーティリティ設計や設備更新プロジェクトの推進
• 協力会社管理とベンダーを通じた各設備の運用及びメンテナンス管理
• オフィスや製造エリアの温度調査や空調制御、建築・内装設計による信頼性、エネルギー効率の改善提案と実行
• チームメンバーとの協力を通じたプロジェクトの円滑な進捗管理

＜求人概要＞

【想定年収】750万円 ～ 1000万円
月給：34万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年２回）
※裁量労働制を選択の場合、別途、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

-通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
※電車・バス・自家用車通勤可（ガソリン代支給）
-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による
引越手当（独身者/単身者：450,000円、家族帯同：750,000円）

資格

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞

• 高専卒・学部卒以上
• 3年以上の工場設備導入及び管理等の設備エンジニアリングに関連する経験
• 建築設備計画・設計知識
• 工場インフラ設備の導入及び管理業務経験
• プロジェクト管理のスキルと実績
• 問題解決能力とコミュニケーションスキル
• 英語利用に抵抗のない方（目安：TOEIC500点以上）
  ※実務での使用経験は不要ですが、入社後メールやグローバルチームへの報告書作成等で使用します。
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 工学または関連分野の専攻出身であることが望ましい
• 機械、空調、防災、BMSコントロールなどの分野での専門知識
• 電気工学の知識
• 水道技術管理者や防火管理者の資格及び実務経験
• CADを使用しての作図作業の専門知識
• IoTやAIを活用したスマートファクトリー化を推進のための専門知識と実績
• Microsoft Power Automate等の業務自動化ツールの実用経験
• ビジネスレベルの英会話スキル
