Job Responsibilities:
- Management of field services for semiconductor manufacturing equipment

- Overseas and domestic business trips (field service management duties)
- Training and management of field service engineers for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Using English to bridge the gap between engineers and clients
Job Qualifications:
- Experienced field engineer and startup personnel for semiconductor manufacturing equipment (5 years or more)
- Experienced in managing subordinates (3 years or more)
- Understanding the requirements of customers and team members
- Someone who can work well in a team
- Experienced in troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Candidates willing to travel domestically and internationally (for several weeks)
- English language skills (TOEIC score of 700 or higher), and at least 5 years of experience using English in a professional setting.
Language Skill: Native-level Japanese (JLPT N1 level or higher) and Business level English
