Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via live chat and email in Japanese and English.
- Resolve customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
- Assist users with platform and account-related questions.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Japanese proficiency at C2–C1 level (close to native) with good English communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service (Live Chat or Email Support preferred).
- Experience in fintech, finance, banking, or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
