Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via live chat and email in Japanese and English.
  • Resolve customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Assist users with platform and account-related questions.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Japanese proficiency at C2–C1 level (close to native) with good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service (Live Chat or Email Support preferred).
  • Experience in fintech, finance, banking, or cryptocurrency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have valid work authorization in Malaysia.
