Job Experience and Requirements:
・5 years relevant working experience in a similar role, in multinational environment is preferable
・Experience with SAP FICO
・Experience with Oracle Essbase is preferable
・Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must
・Fluency in English both oral and written
・Strong standard office productivity tools skills (MS Office, emails)
・Ability to multitask handling and prioritizing
・Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
業務内容
Scope of this position:
・Monthly reporting to regional (IAP) and HQ
・Budget, Forecast planning and analysis
・French vehicle P&L preparation: calculate STD cost with SAMARA Table
・Planning GCR (Gross Commercial Result) and Transfer Pricing calculation by brand
・Galaxy (Oracle Essbase) Vehicle P&L monthly loading & analysis
・HFM (Oracle Essbase) P&L, STD cost loading & analysis
・Financial deck preparation (incl. GCR per unit by model)
・Variance walk creation and analysis.
・Closing reports preparation from SAP: COPA Report KE30, Profit Center reports, COGS Split, incl SAP FICO check
・Vehicle Price proposal preparation by model and supporting product manager: Check STD cost based on SAMARA, local cost, discounts and GCR
・Monthly closing: Reconciliation of HFM with Galaxy and SAP
・Support Parts business monthly P&L reporting
・Stock reporting
