As a Supply Management Professional in the Inbound Supply Management team at Micron, you will work with a team of Supply Chain Analysts responsible for maintaining Micron’s inventory supply. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure availability and continuity of supply and implement a comprehensive inventory management strategy. You will engage suppliers and partners in resolving supply shortages and identifying root cause to prevent future shortages. You will be part of a distributed team dedicated to providing on-time delivery, minimizing waste, and leading continuous improvements through effective and efficient global parts and materials inventory management, while building resilience against disruptions.

Material Management and Supply Planning 資材管理および供給計画
- Develop, monitor, and optimize inventory replenishment models and supply execution strategies to effectively support manufacturing and minimize waste. This includes forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP), safety stock (SS), reorder point (ROP), lead time maintenance, and part / material obsolescence management.

- Manage inventory scheduling and delivery, and adjust purchase orders with suppliers as required due to scheduling or availability changes. Proactively expedite delivery issues to ensure continuity of supply.

- Collaborate with partners to monitor key process performance indicators through aligned metrics, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills: 応募資格およびスキル：
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving skills.
