Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to rebuild our proprietary CRM & PropTech middleware, replacing third-party solutions. The role involves replatforming, authentication migration, cloud architecture, and feature delivery using modern JavaScript and AWS tooling.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Replatform legacy middleware & frontend with Node.js/TypeScript & Next.js.
- Lead auth migration to standards-based solutions (Supabase, Firebase, AWS Cognito).
- Design & manage PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), schema optimisation, and performance tuning.
- Deliver core workflows: enquiry viewing tenancy, calendar, media library, admin dashboard.
- Build REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated testing, logging & monitoring.
- Collaborate with operations, product & marketing teams, providing technical guidance.
Skills & Requirements: -
- 5+ years full-stack development (SaaS/PropTech preferred).
- Strong experience in Node.js, React (Next.js), and TypeScript.
- 2+ years with PostgreSQL/Supabase and schema optimisation.
- Proven AWS cloud expertise (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC).
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub/Bitbucket).
- Track record of CRM/middleware delivery or re-platforming legacy systems.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills: -
- CRM/PropTech integration experience.
- Knowledge of WebGL/3D explorers, AR modules, IoT devices.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures (SQS, EventBridge).
- Understanding of GDPR, data encryption, tenancy workflows.
- AWS certifications (Developer/Solutions Architect).
