We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can contribute across the full application lifecycle, including analysis, knowledge transfer, development, support, and maintenance activities.
The role involves modernizing existing systems, developing new features, supporting business-critical applications, and participating in new development initiatives. This position offers excellent opportunities to expand technical skills across both application and DevOps-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project implementation, including analysis, knowledge transfer (KT), development, testing, and support.
- Modernize and improve existing application codebases.
- Design and develop new features and enhancements for existing applications.
- Participate in greenfield development projects.
- Support production systems and assist with incident resolution for business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain application stability, performance, and quality.
- Work with supporting technologies such as:
- Jenkins
- Terraform Enterprise (TFE)
- GitLab CI/CD
- Linux scripting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical modernization efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Java development.
- Experience with at least one frontend technology:
- React
- Angular
- Other modern frontend frameworks
- Strong database experience with at least one of the following:
- MySQL
- Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
- Oracle Database
- Basic knowledge of Linux scripting.
- Experience working in application development, maintenance, or support environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements
Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or above)
English: Fluent
