Full-stack Engineer React or Python

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify user challenges and formulate hypotheses
• Define requirements, design, implement, operate, and improve products
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and business teams to drive product initiatives
• Continuously improve products based on data and user insights
• Improve development processes and team collaboration practices

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product development experience
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using React
• 5+ years of development experience using Python
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Experience in designing, implementing, and operating web applications
• Practical experience with team development practices (Git / code review / CI)
• Fundamental backend knowledge such as API design, database design, and test design
• Ability to develop products with a strong focus on product and user value
• Proactive mindset in collaborative team development
• Technical Environment:
  • Languages: TypeScript / Python, etc.
  • Frameworks: React, etc.
  • Infrastructure: AWS / Cloudflare, etc.
  • Databases: RDB / NoSQL
  • Others: GitHub / CI tools / various monitoring tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling the full development cycle from requirements definition to design and implementation
• Experience in architectural design considering technology selection and non-functional requirements (performance / cost / operations)
• Development experience in startups or new business ventures
• Experience improving product development processes and team workflows
• Experience developing common online service functions such as authentication, payment systems, and membership management

Languages : Conversational level Japanese and Conversational level English.
