Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! Long Description: You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries throughout their stay. You play a key role in making guests feel welcome, ensuring that all their needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly. As a Guest Service Agent, you’re not just ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms.
- Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities.
- Support guests with arrangements such as taxi bookings and delivery services.
- Maintain and oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area.
- Coordinate closely with other departments, including Front Office and Concierge.
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with brand standards.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle luggage safely.
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage.
- Ability to provide guest service in both Japanese and English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and overnight hours.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
