You will supervise and guide your team members closely, ensuring the service sequence is flawless and goes beyond guest expectations. As a Restaurant Supervisor - All Day Dining, you’re not just creating unforgettable dining moments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Deliver a consistently guest-focused service, including guest assistance, menu explanations, and recommendations
Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening preparation, reservations, table allocation, and cleanliness standards
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Supervise and guide team members during shifts, including briefings, training, and performance feedback
Manage staffing levels and labor costs in line with business needs
Drive operational efficiency and continuous service improvement
Maintain strong product knowledge, including menus, allergen information, and hotel facilities

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of banquet experience in a 4–5 star hotel
Knowledge of F&B and banquet operations
Basic English communication skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Guest-focused with a positive attitude
Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
