Job Qualification:

- Total Telecom Experience: 10+ Years
- NOC/Operations Experience: 5+ Years in NOC Operations OR 2+ Years in NOC Management.
- Core Role: Must have worked as an L3 Support Engineer or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a large-scale Telecom network.
- Key Soft Skill: Experience in Knowledge Transfer (KT) and conducting OJT (On-the-Job Training) for L1/L2 engineers.
- Key Technical Skills (Core Keywords for Search)
- 5G Core (5GC): AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, UDM (Deep design and operational knowledge).
- Cloud-Native Platforms: Kubernetes (K8s) (Mandatory container platform troubleshooting).
- Log & Protocol Analysis: Wireshark, Tcpdump (Strong packet-level analysis).
- Infrastructure (Good to have): OpenStack, CVIM, RCP (Rakuten Cloud Platform).
