GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Finance Company looking for someone strong in Google Cloud. This is the first GCP Cloud Engineer on the team and are giving the opportunity to be hands on with technical tool recomendations and involved in business side as well.
Requirements:
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
* Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
* Design and deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
* Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
* Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Candidates Profile:
* Fluent in both Japanese and English, written and verbal.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
* Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
* Proficient in infrastructure automation with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions.
