Job Title: GDS Alliances Systems Integrator (SI) Ops Coordinator
Job Summary:
The GDS Systems Integrator (SI) Ops Coordinator will function out of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center and will be responsible for providing ongoing operations support for one or more Systems Integrator alliances as part of the broader Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. The incumbent will help co-develop and thereafter operationalize the operations support delivery model for a single SI relationship or a combination of SI relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery for ongoing initiatives, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination and special projects assigned from time to time. The role will partner with onshore alliance operations contacts, SI relationship leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Provide operational support for strategic Systems Integrator alliances and ecosystem programs across planning, governance, reporting and execution activities.
- Provide SI alliance leadership with effective dashboard reporting and business insights, including revenue, wins, pipeline, opportunities, investments, benefits utilization and ad-hoc data reporting requests.
- Support recurring alliance governance forums, including pre-meeting, in-meeting and post-meeting support such as agenda formation, meeting deck collation, storyboarding, content curation/design, summary notes and action tracking.
- Coordinate SI alliance business reviews, leadership meetings, workshops and operating reviews by managing logistics, content development, stakeholder follow-ups and closure of actions.
- Support SI alliance annual planning, revenue planning, investment planning and benefits utilization tracking across area/region and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with client-serving teams and global alliance supporting teams on sales, pipeline tagging, reporting hygiene and opportunity tracking.
- Maintain SI alliance reference material, playbooks, process documents and SharePoint repositories; facilitate and track access to key materials and tools.
- Coordinate with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) teams to develop, review and refresh relevant SI alliance content as required.
- Support contracts initiation, tracking, supplier onboarding and operational workflows by coordinating with global alliance teams and relevant enabling teams.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification and improved operating rhythm across SI alliance operations.
- Support executive leadership requests, special projects and strategic operational initiatives as assigned from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of alliance operations, ecosystem relationships, business operations and executive reporting processes.
- Exposure to sales and pipeline reporting, opportunity life cycle concepts, revenue planning and alliance performance reporting.
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI skills would be an added advantage.
- Ability to create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, meeting materials and leadership summaries with limited guidance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior onshore stakeholders and build trusted business advisor relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Academics: MBA, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related discipline; equivalent operational management experience may be considered.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience in alliance operations, business operations, program management, reporting, sales operations or strategic operations.
- Working Hours: Flexibility to support global stakeholders and US/APAC business requirements.
