Global System Project Manager
- Work with ERP Platform Transformation Global Team to define the project schedule and transition plan for Japan region
- Lead Japan region cross functional team to complete key milestones of the project (Listing of impacted applications/work processes, Solution confirmation, BAT/UAT and System & Business cut over)
- Lead process mapping & matching between next generation of ERP and existing work processes with cross functional team.
- Lead the solution agreement process for Japan specific requirements with Global and Regional team to protect customer values with optimum investment in the new platform

- Transform Call Center to business growth driving organization to focus organization resource to sales creation activities (i.e. navigation of potential users to purchase)
- Work with Call Center Manager to identify and drive out non value added tasks as well as automating those tasks to free up organization capacity for revenue creation projects/activities
- Create revenue creation opportunities with commercial team through the navigation of potential users as customer/consumer front face
Order Management
- Create projects with Commercial team to promote more customer orders on EDI platform versus fax and calls
