Guidewire Practice Lead

• Lead Guidewire Growth in Japan: Take ownership of growing the Guidewire practice while supporting major insurance transformation opportunities from pre-sales through successful delivery.
• Drive Large-Scale Insurance Transformation: Apply expertise across Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and P&C insurance processes to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
• Global Leadership & Business Growth: Work closely with Japanese stakeholders and global teams, leading delivery strategy, mentoring teams, supporting proposals, and contributing directly to practice and business expansion.

Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Job Description

• Lead and grow the Guidewire practice in Japan
• Support Guidewire opportunities from pre-sales to delivery
• Provide Guidewire expertise across claims, policy, billing, and related insurance areas
• Work with local and global teams to define delivery approach and governance
• Support project mobilization, staffing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to proposal activities, client discussions, and business growth

Job Qualification:

• Strong Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation experience
• Experience with ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or related modules
• Good understanding of P&C insurance processes
• Experience leading teams, programs, or large transformation initiatives
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams
• Guidewire certification is a plus

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (N2) and Business-level English
