Job Responsibilities:
- Develop custom workflows and applications on the ServiceNow platform. Also customization and implementation of various modules of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and IRM
- Build enterprise extensions using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Implement integrations with external enterprise systems using APIs.
- Develop scalable workflow automation solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants on enterprise implementations.
- Follow modern engineering practices for code quality and maintainability.
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong coding expertise in at least one of the following languages:
- JavaScript / Node.js
- Java
- C#
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- JavaScript Knowledge
- Since ServiceNow platform development is primarily JavaScript-based:
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with:
- asynchronous programming
- promises / async-await
