Position Summary
We are seeking a highly impactful leader to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and digital transformation. This role will shape the company’s evolution into a more AI-native and digitally enabled organization by leading cross-functional initiatives, building new capabilities, and delivering measurable business impact.
Reporting to the Head of Information Systems, this position offers high visibility with executive leadership and the opportunity to influence company-wide strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Adoption
・Drive company-wide adoption of AI and agentic AI
・Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across functions
・Translate AI initiatives into practical workflows and tools
2. Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
・Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and speed
・Redesign workflows to reduce manual work and complexity
・Promote data-driven and digitally enabled operations
3. Data & Automation Foundation
・Enhance data readiness, accessibility, and quality
・Drive automation across key business processes
・Enable visibility through analytics, dashboards, and integrated workflows
4. Cross-functional Leadership
・Partner with business, technology, and regional teams
・Align stakeholders on priorities, roadmaps, and delivery
・Translate complex topics into clear business actions
5. Change Management & Delivery
・Lead adoption of new tools and ways of working
・Drive transformation programs with clear ownership and measurable impact
・Build and lead a team to scale AI and digital initiatives
Qualifications
Must Have
・Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
・Strong business judgment with the ability to translate strategy into execution
・Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global organization
・Familiarity with AI, data, and digital technologies
Preferred
・Background in consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environments
・Experience in digital transformation, automation, or data-driven initiatives
・MBA or equivalent business education
・English fluency (Japanese is a plus)

当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
