I. Position Summary

Responsible for supporting Japan/Korea Org/ people development strategy, work closely with Japan / Korea leadership team, accelerate growth and elevate engagement.

The role will focus on end-to-end local HR management, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful HR solutions tailored to the Japanese market and business context —driving organizational change, building leadership effectiveness, connecting local needs with global initiatives and ensuring full compliance with Japanese employment regulations.

Working closely with global HR team to implement C&B, Talent Management, Performance Management strategy, designing to local.

II. Key Responsibilities

· Work closely with business leadership team to develop Org structuring, learning needs, leadership coaching, training people managers.

· Support Performance management, advice PIP process and termination, ER relevant issues to people managers with strong local labor knowledge and specialty.

· Support Japan/Korea whole employee life cycle process and provide guidance to oversea’ s shared service team including pre-payroll, post payroll reporting, form submission, employee guidance, Attendance system management.

· Support local compliance issues, local statutory reporting to government, all EHS matters.

· Guide benefit enrollment process to HR shared service including DC, retirement accrual report, life insurance enrollment, termination process for both Japan& Korea.

· Support monthly Japan Health and Safety committee legally.

· lead Japan& Korea recruitment process with internal talent strategy.

· Support HR shared service education for Japan local labor, payroll related matter.

· Support HR transformation process with HR Global team.

III. Required Experience and Qualification

· Minimum 5 years HRBP and HR operation working experience.

· Japan labor law knowledge will be must. Korea labor law Knoeledge will be preferred.

· Highly proficient with excel, Power BI, and experience in Workday is advantaged.

· Good oral and written communication capabilities is required, with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Korean is not mandatory but will be preferred.

· Payroll knowledge for Japan and Korea will be preferred.

· Native Japanese and business level English, Korean will be preferred but not a must.

· Experience for change management, leadership coaching.
