Assist with job postings, sourcing resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for roles across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin.
Maintain and update recruitment calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of interviews.
Serve as the point of contact for candidates applying for roles across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin positions.
Ensure candidates are informed about their application status throughout recruitment process.
Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes for roles across all departments.
Assist with interviews for new graduates, entry-level positions across Rooms, F&B, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Admin.
Coordinate logistics for interviews, ensuring interview panels are prepared and materials are available.
Collect feedback from interviewers and update candidate statuses.
Coordinate with immigration agencies to prepare visa documents for foreign hires as needed.
Coordinate with school partners regarding hiring and administrative matters for incoming interns.
Maintain recruitment data and provide regular updates on recruitment status and upcoming needs.
Handle other recruitment-related tasks to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
Support new hires in preparing pre-onboarding documents
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or administration (hotel industry preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Strong communication skills (able to work with multiple departments)
Fluent Japanese + working English proficiency (for a multicultural workplace)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
