Profile
* Bachelor's degree
* logical thinking
* strong communication skills (fluent Japanese with business level English)
* interest in retail business (experience not required)
* eagerness to drive change across talent and organizational development
* ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
