1.Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
2.Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
3.Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
4.Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
5.Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
6.Provide effective support to manages and resolves employee relations issues
7.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
