HR Specialist (Talent Development) - Cosmetics
Build strategies and develop pathways to enhance career development of store staff and implement training initiatives. Reporting to a supportive and experienced HR Manager, this role will also support labor and personnel management as well as general HR responsibilities.

* welcome new employees to the organization
* handling internal procedures for annual leave
* plan talent development initiatives to provide career pathways for employees
* conduct training (ie. labor management, workplace behavior, new graduate orientation) and lead various seminars
* conduct interviews for new graduates and mid career candidates
* create salary data documents
Profile
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluency in Japanese with intermediate level English (TOEIC 700+)
* 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail industry
* experience of labor management is a plus
* ability to interact with diverse people across the business from store managers, staff, department heads and regional counterparts
* mature, flexible, responsible, with a strong sense of integrity
