This position primarily involves operational tasks such as company vehicle management, attendance tracking, social insurance procedures, and handling health checkups and employee benefits. The main goal is to carry out these tasks reliably and consistently. As there are frequent inquiries from employees, prompt and courteous communication is essential.
In addition to operational tasks, this position also involves planning-related responsibilities such as developing internal policies and preparing reports for the headquarters.
- Management of company vehicles related cards, and Card registration data, managing invoices
- Attendance management using WorkCloud
- Preparation of attendance reports (e.g., overtime, paid leave)
- Internal coordination and submission of labor agreements (Article 36)
- Social insurance-related tasks
(Handling inquiries and providing guidance on health insurance, welfare pension, sickness/maternity leave, and medical expenses)
- Welfare program management
- Arranging health checkups, women’s health screenings, and flu vaccinations
・ Handling condolence-related matters
・ Managing welfare facilities and services
・ Group insurance administration
・ Additional labor accident insurance management
