Summary
The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Act as the point of contact for all HR systems-related queries. Support integrations between HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, learning management systems, HR portal).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors for HRIS upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting.
- Identify issues and needs based on observations and analysis.
- Define requirements and develop proposals.
- Admin work for HR related systems including maintenance, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, automation.
- Analyze HR data based on various business requirements and provide reports to support HR-related decision making.
- Understand and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of HRIS experience (understanding of basic Japanese labor law)
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand the business side of an issue and accurately communicate it to related stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business level of Japanese and English
- Experience with project management and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Core HR system experience (Company, Success Factors, PeopleSoft)
- Understanding of HR procedures from on boarding to exit, experience in HR operations including workforce planning, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Talent & Performance, and Compensation
- HR, IT, Consulting experience in multinational company is preferred
- Experience in RPA, BI tools
Working Conditions
- Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
