In this position, you will lead the design, construction, and operational optimization of Microsoft Intune-based MDM environments for a major automotive client. As a specialist in M365 and Modern Workplace technologies, you will gain exposure not only to technical delivery but also to client-facing consulting opportunities.

Our organization consists of more than 100 professionals across Japan and India, delivering services through a highly collaborative global delivery model. [Project Overview] As part of a specialist team in the Microsoft 365 and MDM domains, you will provide services based on Microsoft Best Practices.
Working collaboratively in a hybrid Japan-India structure, you will be responsible for device management and promoting Modern Workplace in large-scale enterprise environments.
As part of the M365 and MDM team, you will deliver communication and collaboration services based on Microsoft best practices.
Working closely with teams in Japan and India, you will support enterprise-scale device management and modern workplace transformation initiatives.

- Design, build, and manage the Microsoft Intune environment.
- Windows Autopilot design and implementation
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) design and implementation
- Intune Level 3 support
- Identity, Security, and Compliance environment management and improvement.
- iOS, Android, and Windows device management environment construction and operation
- Application packaging and software deployment
- Operational automation using PowerShell
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of practical experience in MDM-related fields
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune implementation, design, construction, and operation
- Experience managing iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
- Business Advanced level English proficiency (able to communicate in meetings, discussions, and emails)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Intune Architect or SME
- Experience implementing Windows Autopilot
- Experience in application packaging and software distribution
- Experience in PowerShell script development
- Azure - related certifications
- Experience collaborating with global teams (Onsite/Offshore)
- Bilingual skills in Japanese and English
- Japanese-English bilingual capability : Business Advanced: Able to participate in both internal and external meetings, contribute to discussions and Q&A, and prepare documents/emails
