Investor Relations Group Assistant, Global Investment Banking

Investor Relation Group team manages Non-Deal Roadshow, Deal Roadshow and conferences in Investment Banking Division in Japan.

As an Investor Relations Group Assistant in Global Investment Banking, you will be supporting overall team including head of Investor Relations Group.

Job responsibilities

  • Support logistics for Non-Deal Roadshow, Deal Roadshow and Conference: arrange flight, hotel, carfare, restaurant, interpreter etc. including the cost reimbursements; application for Compliance approvals (including documentations preparation); zoom set-ups via Open Exchange; internal application system set-up/control and the arrangement data update (Excel file); and all other Non-Deal Roadshow related works
  • Maintain Investor Relations Group data: Investor information update and Non-Deal Roadshow data update
  • Manage conference update which includes conference calendar/pitch docs preparation, flagship global conference support, and conference related work including data update
  • Handle general secretarial jobs as an assistant for head of Investor Relations Group which includes calendar management, booking conference room, audio visual equipment, documentation meeting schedule etc. and filing, invoicing, and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping.
  • Assist in ad hoc Investor Relations Group support when required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with experience working with a variety of cultures
  • Strong organizational skills, is meticulous with details and self sufficient
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team
  • Experience in managing relationships across all levels
  • Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Strong Microsoft Office/PC skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial firms is preferred
