Preferred Qualifications
- Service Revenue Management : Promote and manage service contracts to improve profitability.
- Handle technical inquiries and issues and build strong customer relationships.
- Lead and support field service engineers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades.
- Manage ~20 CSEs. Educate and motivate CSEs to build a strong service team.
- Work closely with sales, customer engagement, and GSS to reflect customer feedback and improve service quality.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related business field; master’s degree in business or technology preferred
- 8+ years of experience in service within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to work with customers, internal teams, and headquarters^
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering
- 8+ years of experience in service within the semiconductor industry.
- Fluent in Japanese, basic proficiency in English.
