Job Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Waterfall development (SDLC) Able to understand and handle the full lifecycle from requirements definition to design, development, and testing.
- Development experience with Java (Core Java) Practical experience in enterprise system development with the ability to handle applied-level tasks.
- Web application development using Spring / Spring Boot Practical experience in API development, UI integration, and batch processing.
- Database access experience using Hibernate (or JPA) Experience with entity design, mapping, and CRUD operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs Experience with external system integration, API specification creation, and exception handling.
- Experience with SQL-based data operations Capable of writing queries required for business systems, including JOINs, aggregations, and subqueries.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance tuning (SQL / API)
- Experience with batch processing (e.g., Spring Batch)
- Team development experience using Git
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in client communication and requirements gathering
- Experience in test design (unit and integration testing)
Language Skill: Basic level Japanese (not mandatory) and Fluent level English
