Description
* Driving Sales - Implement a winning sales strategy in your store. Grow sales through sales strategies and market analysis to maximise market share
* Win the Market - Build relationships with the broader drug chain to grow and lead sales and increase market share
* Strategy - Execute strategic initiatives meetings to grow brand sales. Develop transaction plans to drive sales and market share
* Organisation - Communicate with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in for marketing and commercial plans and priorities. Communicate with all levels of the organisation to ensure business needs are reflected in the business plan
* Prepare the annual key account plans, budgets and forecasts; and manage all budget efficiently and monitor its effectiveness to ensure a positive ROI on investments
Profile
* Bachelor degree with 3+ years of OTC sales experience, preferably in a broad-based chain
* Experience in OTC wholesaler
* Able to analyse POS data (ID-POS data) and make proposals (in-store, shelf allocation)
* Business level of English and native level of Japanese
* Experienced within drugstores channel or off-trade channel
