Responsible for the daily logistical support of delivery of products between B3 storeroom to the kitchen and inter-kitchen delivery.
B3倉庫から厨房への商品の配送や厨房間の配送など、日々のロジスティックサポートを担当。
スキル・資格
• Ordering responsibilities/ organization skill are required.
• English Intermediate-Advanced level
• Japanese Intermediate-Advanced level
• Preferred knowledge if Japanese laws and regulations pertaining to food safety, hygiene, food poisoning and allergy prevention as well as any other areas related to the food production.
• 発注責任/整理整頓
• 英語 中級～上級レベル
• 日本語 中級～上級レベル
• 食品安全、衛生、食中毒、アレルギー予防、その他食品製造に関連する日本の法令に関する知識があれば尚可
業務内容
• Ensure that basic standards of product care are seen to and prompt delivery from the storeroom to the kitchen.
• Assist Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie and Chef de Cuisine as required on kitchen duties.
• Maintains personal involvement in day to day operations and report daily to the outlet supervising Chef
• 基本的な商品管理を徹底し、貯蔵室から厨房への迅速な商品の移動を行う。
• 必要に応じてドミ・シェフ・ド・パルティ、シェフ・ド・パルティ、シェフ・ド・キュイジーヌの厨房業務を補佐する。
• 日々のオペレーションに従事し、スーパーバイザーに毎日報告を行う
