Role summary
Serves as Milestone's KG and ontology specialist, leading KG validation and SPARQL remediation in collaboration with the client's designated knowledge-graph subject-matter expert.
Key responsibilities
- Lead knowledge-graph validation and SPARQL remediation in collaboration with the client's designated knowledge-graph subject-matter expert
- Document gaps in the operational knowledge graph
- Support field alignment for an ongoing release
- Provide ontology-design input to Graph RAG work
Required skills & experience
- 6+ years knowledge-graph engineering / SME experience
- Hands-on SPARQL and graph-database experience (Stardog or equivalent)
- Ontology design experience
- Experience running structured SME elicitation sessions with client-side counterparts
Preferred qualifications
- Experience running two or more structured SME sessions per sprint with a client-side SME counterpart
- Experience triaging and routing externally-owned defects back to their source
Education
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, with deep, demonstrated expertise in ontology design and graph databases; formal certification not mandatory.
