Description

Manage the Tokyo Office Library, including book checkouts, organisation of resources, and catalogue updates.

Oversee online knowledge resources and subscriptions, ensuring access and managing links, IDs, and passwords.
*
Handle book purchases, subscription requests, and budget management, including monthly invoice and annual expense reviews.
*
Support fee earners with research, library services, and access to legal and business information, including conducting searches and document retrieval.
Profile

Excellent communication skills.
*
Proficient in both English and Japanese.
*
High attention to detail and motivated individuals.
*
Proficient in using online knowledge resources and familiar with library management systems and databases.

Previous Law experience is highly valued.
