Responsibilities:

  • Participates in business planning and game plan preparation.
  • Collaborate with country manager to plan for funnel and achieve business goals in revenue and margin
  • Works with and leverages internal partners to deliver the business results. Work with country sales team in planning and designing demand generation activities including promotions, and execute to plan and in compliance with HP standards
  • Management of Market Development Funds and Contra Funding.
  • Manage country forecast which includes Sell-in and Sell-through projection and market share units.
  • Tier 1 partners management that involves monitoring of partners' inventory level and ensuring timely loading of orders.
  • Ensure New Product Introductions are carried out smoothly. Translation of worldwide materials to local language to support RTM sales. Accurate product set-up and local training.
  • Provide analysis on business performance trends and market insights. Provide insights to local competitive situation.
  • Drive smooth operation execution in business delivery and deal execution.
  • Support HP Store sales with product information and guidance.
  • May interface with any level in sales organization.
  • Product line and quota responsibility limited to a low complexity/low impact part of the business.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or Finance.
  • Typically 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Operational Market research. Understanding of Product Life Cycle challenges and levers to address.
  • Understanding/ Practice of sales processes in the IT industry.
  • Previous experience in Print Business is valued.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • IT industry knowledge.
  • Business planning skills.
  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and command of English is required.
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.
