- Act as Lead engineer for development team to support in expanding the rapidly growing business
- Take the role of mentoring and supporting development team (currently young engineers)
- Lead product development process and monitor team's progress
- Adapt to the latest technology trends and introduce tools where necessary
- Effectively communicate with business side such as stakeholders (both internal and external)
Development Environment
- Programming languages: Vue.js, Angular.js, React, Typescript, OpenAPI
- Backend language: Python 3.9
- Databases: MongoDB, AWS RDS / MySQL, Amazon Dynamo DB, AWS Redis
Requirements
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders
- Individual contributor: Not one to wait for instructions and can self-propel
- Experience in product development (ideally in cloud computing)
- Architecture design experience
- Around 3-4 years in developing web applications
- Around 1-2 years of Python development experience (or can showcase accomplishments from python usage)
