You will own defined pieces of work, such as a storyboard, learning asset, stakeholder map, research pack, proposal section, workshop pack, readiness tracker or dashboard. The role blends learning design, change enablement, digital learning, project coordination and responsible use of AI. It is not a learning administration-only position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Help design learning journeys, curriculum maps, course outlines and blended learning experiences across ILT, VILT, WBT, microlearning and performance support.
- Develop e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator and learner guides, job aids, simulations, quick-reference guides, assessments and reinforcement assets.
- Use adult learning principles and instructional design methods such as ADDIE or SAM, under guidance from senior team members.
- Support learning evaluation, feedback analysis, knowledge assessment and outcome reporting.
Organisational change and adoption support
- Maintain stakeholder registers, change-impact logs, readiness trackers and adoption dashboards.
- Support stakeholder analysis, focus groups, surveys and workshop output synthesis.
- Draft change communications, campaign content, FAQs, toolkits and champion-network materials for review.
- Assist with readiness, adoption and reinforcement activities that connect learning to business change outcomes.
Pursuits, proposals and market support
- Conduct structured client, sector, benchmark and competitor research for RFPs, RFQs and proactive proposals.
- Draft proposal content, credentials, CVs, case studies, methodology slides, workplan inputs and capability-showcase materials.
- Create clear, consulting-quality PowerPoint materials and maintain version control under tight deadlines.
- Review source material, support proposal content and participate in stakeholder discussions.
- Help maintain the capability, proposal and case-study repositories.
Client delivery, facilitation and learning operations

- Prepare workshop materials, digital collaboration boards, logistics, attendance and feedback instruments; capture and structure outputs.
- Facilitate selected portions of learning sessions, focus groups and working meetings under appropriate supervision.
- Support learning intake, schedules, deployment, LMS or LXP content setup, testing, reporting and post-course sustainment where included in project scope.
- Build collaborative working relationships with client contacts, subject-matter experts and internal teams.
AI-enabled learning and digital content
- Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved generative AI tools for research, synthesis, proposal support, storyboarding, assessment generation and content development.
- Apply human review, fact-checking, privacy, copyright, accessibility and quality controls to all AI-assisted outputs.
- Contribute to AI-enabled learning use cases, including learning content generation, microlearning, personalised pathways and analytics support.
- Create or edit digital learning assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Synthesia, Clipchamp or comparable platforms.
- Support content upload, testing and reporting on platforms such as SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Degreed, Docebo, SharePoint or similar environments.
