Job Responsibilities:
- Perform batch execution using JP1.
- Perform Linux server operations using PuTTY, primarily basic command-line operations.
- Conduct input data verification mainly using Excel, with support available from application developers.
- Perform data querying using A5:SQL, executing SQL queries provided or supported by application developers, and handle data input through CSV import/export.
- Operate the new mutual aid system, including simple data entry using basic manuals.
- Operate the privileged access management system using available manuals.
Job Qualification:
- Must have Support experience.
- Must have Linux experience.
- Junior-level staff are acceptable as basic manuals are already in place.
- Any age is acceptable, but the more senior the candidate, the more skill is expected.
- Must be willing to work shifts.
- JP1 would be a bit difficult, as it is a Hitachi tool and not everyone has experience with it.
- PuTTY is also a tool used to handle Linux commands.
- This is not a highly technical or developer role; it is more focused on support and operations.
- Ex-Asurion candidates should be avoided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with PuTTY.
- Experience with A5:SQL.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with CSV import/export.
- Experience with Linux server operations.
