Job description

  • The role of this position is to lead brand marketing for Green TeaBrand. The position is responsible for managing Ayataka brands andto demonstrate next level of marketing capability towardsothermarketingrelatedteams.
  • Key responsibilitiesinclude:brand business diagnosis (consumer centric, as well as channels, competition, packages, customers andtrends), strategy development,new product developmentandmarketing calendar development, including coordination and execution of key marketing initiatives incollaboration with internal business stakeholders (Bottling partners and agencies).
  • This role is also responsible for coordinating and leading large and complex cross functional teams across theCoca-Cola Japan & Korea OU.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Developgrowth strategyand business planofexisting Green Tea products– Assessment of business growth opportunities leveraging consumer insights, idea generation and business case development.
  • Developfutureproduct pipelineto contribute to grow revenue and profitby closely working with related functions, such as R&D, Technical, Procurement, Knowledge&Insights, Design, Finance, Legal and Commercialization.
  • Execute planned annual business plan.
  • Develop commercial plans by closely working withrelated functions,such asfranchise operations, channel team and Bottling partners.
  • Day to day brand situation analysis and presentation material development.
